Pasture-Raised Duck Eggs

Our ducks are raised as naturally as possible. We have had all kinds of setbacks since we started selling duck eggs. Ducks are a challenge and we have been experimenting with different methods of production in order to provide the most natural product. Even when they are producing at their best, we have had to struggle to keep up with demand. We believe we know how to grow them now, but it will take some time to get up to production. They are enjoying a nice winter vacation on the pond while we hammer out a solution. We hope to be able to provide a good supply of eggs this spring.
